| Introduction | David Hays: I am 76 years old, retired, and enjoying life here in St. George. However, I often wish I were back in Idaho Falls, where I spent 32 years shoveling snow and managing first, Western Airlines as Station Manager, and then Delta Airlines the last 10 years, after Delta bought Western. Normandie Hays: I am 66 years old and am now eligible for medicare which is very helpful to have health insurance. I love living here in St. George and have become a wannie about cold weather. After 32 winters in Idaho Falls, Idaho I am can very well tolerate the hot summers here. The winters are mild and very short. Two of my sisters live near us and we enjoy doing many things together, such as movies, plays, card games, and attending classes at the gym. We have had many fun times camping with the Spencers in their motorhome and look forward to more trips together. Dave and I enjoy our 5 children, their spouses and our 12 grandchildren. |

| Favorite Books | Normandie: Ann Tyler Books, The Work and the Glory, Books about the Revolutionary War and Founding Fathers. Also, enjoy reading about Abraham Lincoln and the Civil War. Dave and I both enjoy John Grisham books. I loved reading "My Sister's Keeper" and can't wait to read more books by Jodi Picoult. |
