Introduction	I feel like I'm pretty decent at cooking, though I've never done it professionally and I haven't had any formal training. Really, I've just cooked enough that I have a sense of what I think would taste good and made enough horrible, terrible cooking mistakes that I have a better sense of what not to than I used to.
