| Introduction | Short Biography Carlos Soares Ribeiro, born on August 17, 1981, in Zumalai, Timor-Leste, is a finance and business development professional with over 18 years of experience in the private sector and institutional development. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Universidade da Paz (UNPAZ, 2005) and a Master's degree in Management from Telkom University, Indonesia (2021). Carlos began career as Director of NGO Naroman and later served as Base Administrator at CARE International. In 2008, he joined ANZ Bank, where he held various positions until 2015. From 2016 to 2024, assumed multiple strategic roles at Telkomcel, where earned consecutive Telin Group Gold Awards in 2022 and 2023 for outstanding performance. Since January 2025, Carlos has been serving as Head of Strategy and Planning at Banco do Nosso Futuro (BNF), where leads institutional planning and transformation initiatives. fluent in Tetum, Indonesian, English, and Portuguese, and proficient in SAP, IFRS 9, and Microsoft Office applications. |
