| Introduction | Buyers Advantage Real Estate was created to give home buyers the power sellers had always had, but not buyers. I founded this company in 2004 after working with both buyers and sellers for the first seven years of my career as a real estate professional. I'd had a bad experience selling my home, and I didn't want others to have to go through what I went through. I'd already had an interest in real estate in my twenties. I took business law and real estate law and investment classes then, My first home purchase was a side-by-side duplex, three bedrooms on each side. My husband and I purchased the home using a VA loan, renovated both sides, found a great renter for one side while we lived in the other. We sold at a great profit a year later. Buyers Advantage provided the kind of expert knowledge, top consumer service and the honesty I would have liked to have had when buying homes through the years. We treated our clients as if they were family, and I was an expert at what I did. [Past tense after retirement!] |
