| Introduction | Lynette is an up and coming author and motivational speaker. Lynette’s writing journey started in 2003. She credits inspirational speaker and author, Iyanla Vanzant for opening her eyes via television and books to the art of healing. Lynette became even more passionate about healing throughout her life of being broken and heartbroken. Mental Health has become another of her many passions due to her being diagnosed with clinical depression and anxiety in 2016, though she openly admits that she has struggled in silence since the age of 16. Though she understands the painfully hard work that is required to truly heal from pain and hardship, she says it is worth every tear. |
