| Introduction | I enjoy walking or cycling in nature may it be in the surrounding mountains between the trees or outstretched white sandy beaches. For relaxation I like sitting along small streams listing to the water flowing over the pebbles or on a rock listening to the thunderous sounds of waves crash and feeling the cool misty spray.
