About me

Location Indianapolis, Indiana
Introduction I frequently introduce myself as Ron, from Sullivan, Huntingburg, Westport, Akron/Mentone, Muncie, Bloomington, New Castle, and Indianapolis, Indiana. I’ve worked and consulted for the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame, the Indiana State Museum and its Foundation, the Indiana State Library, the Indiana Cooperative Library Services Authority, and the Indiana Historical Society. See a pattern? Oddly enough, I went from Ball State to Indiana University for graduate school to study diplomatic history with Robert Ferrell and take the foreign service exam. I didn’t plan to spend my career in the USA, let alone Indiana, but as George Bailey found out, these things happen. And It’s a Wonderful Life.
