| Introduction | Hello and welcome to my little slice of the blogosphere. I am the mother of five children, three of whom are grown, two of which I'm still raising. I did my first triathlon in 2008 and even though I walked away thinking I would never do another triathlon again, I kept going back to it. Training fed something deep in my soul.
