Introduction	I'm a life long gardener, having started as a newlywed 40 years ago with a little border in the vacant lot outside our patio. I became enchanted with growing things and my father also shared the gardening love. Over the years I grew to prefer roses, learning much online from other rose growers. I loved hybrid teas and floribundas before I discovered the older roses that are not so disease prone. I'm now trying to leave some nice roses growing all around me for everyone to enjoy.
