| Introduction | I have always struggled with my weight and body image. At my heaviest I weighed 256lbs, but today I have accomplished my weight loss goals! I really want the same for you. This has not been an easy journey. I have had to face my own demons and tackle them with head on ferocity. It was only when I was willing to deal with what was going on in the inside that I realized what a gooey mess I was. I hope you enjoy this blog. There is a lot of humor in this journey and well as some wisdom. I accomplished my goal through diet and exercise. Honestly there were so many days I thought I would never make it, but here I am a size 1 (crazy I know) and 120lbs. |
