Introduction	Hi Everyone, my name is Jen from Ontario Canada. I've always had a full fledged love affair with cupcakes but have always been more of a taste tester rather than a creator. One day hanging with my family I was fooling around with recipes and fondant and lo and behold I made my very own freaking fantastical (ya...I know that's not a real word...but that's how I roll folks) cupcake! So, to sum it up I'm addicted to everything and everything cupcakes and cake! My other half seems to think I'm too obsessed with it, but come on ladies...we're talking about cupcakes here! So any free time I have that I'm not spending with my amazing man (who is looney like me...which is why we get along so well), or rolling on the floor with my Pug Bella (who always acts like she drank a can of Redbull), or spending with my family and friends I bake a butt load of cupcakes and ship them off to whomever will take them.
