Introduction	I am attempting to return to blogging in order to get my act together. There has been a lot of change over the last 4 years, from being the heaviest and dead-est I have ever been in my life, to being the fittest and strongest, and truly believing I would never/could never revert back to old ways. Oh, but I have, and it is scary sad stuff. The only really positive thing I can find to say about this is that....ultimately, I am in control. Everything is about choices. What do I want most. I think I know. I just have to prove it....AGAIN....and the benefit I have now is, that I know I can.
