Introduction	My "career" was in Nutrition. I was an Assistant Professor in the Departments of Nutrition and Family Medicine at CWRU. I also worked as chief nutritionist for the Cleveland Public Schools and was Assistant Director over School Lunch Program for the State of Ohio. My "avocation" has always been in fiber art.I have sewn and knitted since I was 6, quilted for 25 years and played with beads for 20. I work intuitively, experimentally, using fabrics, thread, yarns and beads. I love the joy of seeing the composition come together -the actual touching and handling of the materials - the play of colors and textures.
