| Introduction | "Eric the Echidna Has Lost His Spikes" is a children's book that I have written as I have undergone treatment for Breast Cancer. It inspired myself to stay strong and focus on the positive things in my life. I was diagnosed in February 2008, 11years after my mother passed away from the same disease. I have had surgery, chemotherapy and herceptin as part of my treatment. I would like to thank my Family, Friends, Work Colleagues, Local Library, Doctors, Nurses and the Cancer Care support team for assisting me with my recovery. |
