| Introduction | Howdy! My name is Maddie. It's actually Madeleine but that normally means I'm in trouble for something ;) I'm a huge fan of the Vikings, both their part in our history and the epic television show Vikings on the History Channel. Feeling compellingly inspired by the depiction and storytelling of the series, and subsequently realising that they shoot the show practically in my back yard, I have decided to embark on a little adventure of my own...to become a Viking(or more precisely, an extra on the show!). I hope you enjoy this blog as much as I enjoy the trials and tribulations it crops up. Hopefully there will be a few giggles along the way. And you never know, this may actually culminate with me being a little fuzzy, blurred out speck in the background of a scene or two of season 4 of @HistoryVikings :) |
