| Introduction | I am a stay at home mom, to 2 beautiful & talented girls, and one handsome son, and one debonair husband. I enjoy cooking creative dishes, featuring fresh ingredients, for my family and friends. i also enjoy reading and am a member of a book club with some other gals at church. I also serve as a docent at Magnolia Mound Plantation in Baton Rouge, LA. I demonstrate open hearth cooking in the outdoor kitchen October through May. I LOVE cats and have 3 beautiful ones that i have rescued at different times under various circumstances. I also have a golden retriever,Zoom, that helps guard our 10 hens and 1 rooster. |
