Introduction	I'm a homeschooling mom with 3 hungry boys to feed daily. Working with a limited amount of time, money, and energy, I started to make up my own recipes by staring at the open cupboards to see what inspired me. We called these my OMA recipes. I grew up in the North USA, but have lived most of my adult life in the South USA, with the exception of three years where we lived in the Middle East and traveled. I have tried to incorporate the things my family loves from each area into my cooking. With growing boys, I cook in large pots so we can eat our fill and freeze the rest for later. We love our comfort foods, but try to eat healthy. To that end, we eat Paleo as much as we can, with a few adaptations. Occasionally - we throw it all out to eat something just downright GOOD.
