| Introduction | So here I am, biochemist by day, foodie by night, trying to put together a blog that hopefully shows that I know something about cooking. I'm no chef, I only have the expertise that my mother, grandmother, and great grandmother have given me, but I hope that is enough to show everyone that good food is very achievable, and worth striving for everyday. I have even taught my daughter all about gnocchi, what makes a great tomato sauce, and that spaghetti with just garlic and Parmesan can be something worth cheering for. Cooking has enriched my life and hopefully it will enrich yours as well. So, as my grandmother would say, Buon appetito! |
