Introduction	Hello friends, I am just a simple foodie living in Toronto and trying to live the healthiest and affordable life I can. Having been diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis in 2014 I have taken my health into my own hands and started a journey of dealing with chronic pain by treating it with natural medicine...food! It's been quite an adventure so far, but slowly my body has regained power and strength and I make it through days without feeling anything (bad pain)!
