| Introduction | Hi Readers, 11 years+, I have been an intrapreneur & have worked with MNCs, Indian SME, Startup, Industry body (IVCA, my current role), built a restaurant from scratch (as an entrepreneur), managed and sold it off, and founded a talent search platform for startups, organized job fairs around Delhi (ivy league) colleges. I have been fortunate to have worked with businessmen who have taught me important lessons of entrepreneurship, team building, etc while fuelling me with initiatives and with sales leaders with whom I’ve learnt the art of relationship building and converting them into tangible transactions.
