| Introduction | This blog started primarily to record my attempts at following the Slimming World diet, exercise pretence, meal ideas/culinary disasters and whinging about only being allowed one G&T a week. Once I had lost 1.5 stone I stopped following the diet so rigorously but still apply the principles of Slimming world to most of my meals. I cook, read, watch TV, go for walks and take pictures of ladybirds. |
