Introduction	I am a 31 year old, Mom of three beautiful little girls. Savanna (8), Sierra (5) and Aspen (2). For the past 8 years I have been married to an amazing man and am looking forward to many more years! I am starting the journey of making myself and my family healthier. Changing the way we eat, the activites we do (and how much). I would love to lose the last 20lbs from my last pregnancy. Feb 2011- 155lbs Goal- 135lbs Is it at all possible with 3 children, a husband, 2 dogs, 1 cat, a daycare and life in general? I WILL prove it IS!!
Interests	Since becoming a Mother, I am truly unsure of what my interests are (aside from my children). So, I am on the path to discover the "me" I have become!
Favorite movies	Across the Universe, Letters to Juliet, P.S. I Love You, 300 and so many more!
Favorite music	Top 40 (radio tunes) and the oldies (50s, 60s & 70s)
Favorite books	Don't have much time to read lately. One favourite is Public Secrets
