| Introduction | I grew up melting moon pies in microwaves, making annual visits to the Great Smokey Mountains, loving me some sassy Dolly Parton, and understanding the culinary meanings of "cackle fresh" and "cat heads." While my relocation to the Commonwealth of Virginia may be a welcome blessing, I can't help but miss my Tennessee hills. "Rocky Top, you'll always be home sweet home to me! Good old Rocky Top.
