| Introduction | Hi there! This is Frank, from the City of Manila, Philippines. I am not a doctor of medicine but just an ordinary salesman. My frustrations in the past of getting an accurate and proper way to practice the rhythm method of birth control led me to create a chart which I eventually called DontGetPreggy Guide. The guide or chart I made was originally based on the cycle beads theory which was formulated by the Institute for Reproductive Health. This Cycle Beads has almost the same concept as to the rhythm method of birth control only that it uses what looked like an oversized rosary with several beads. |
