| Introduction | Hi! My name is Terri and I am the person behind PrimCreek Dolls. I have been sewing and making dolls ever since I was a spindly legged little girl. I have always had a special place in my heart for things that are old and worn, so the primitive style is definitely my thing. My dolls are often original one of a kind creations. I never make the same doll twice. Often I do not even know what a doll will turn out like. It is an interesting process, watching them come to life so to speak. My dolls are made very slowly! I dont like to rush, and I am very very picky! (my family can attest to that) I do not use any glue on my dolls. I have many scars from jabbing myself with needles. I always have lots of ideas floating around in my head, keeping me awake at night. My desk is forever cluttered with scraps of paper with sketches on them, and my fingers are permanently stained with coffee; but I can say I am doing what I love, and to me that's worth a lot. |
