Introduction	I have been married for 32 years to Rex Roach. I am the blessed mother of four lovely adults, and grandmother of three very curious children. I have no formal biblical training, other than that given to me by the Holy Spirit through the reading of Scripture. In 1994, when my brother Johncito died, I found comfort in daily journaling of encouraging thoughts. I called them ROACH: Reflections of a Christian Heart. I have since tried unsuccessfully to keep the practice, sending new reflections to my wonderful children. I will now share daily the original ones-- and occasionally add a new one. Maybe someone will find encouragement in them. They are neither gospel nor theology-- just my reflections in time of sorrow. May they be for the good of some and to God's glory.
