I really like to cook and hope that I can successfully adapt recipes I use to incorporate gluten free ingredients. I am a SAHM with a fabulous husband, 3 kids and a bossy weiner dog. PLEASE NOTE: This is a "stream of consciousness" blog. While I may fry others for use of incorrect grammar or spelling, this is not the place for either. Please understand that this is a place for thoughts and ideas, and may not always be SFW. I have been known to curse.
