| Introduction | I'm a 3rd year medical student looking forward to a career in family medicine. I grew up in Durham, NC, the daughter of the chef and a nurse. I also spent most of my high school and college years in the pool. As a college athlete on a tight budget I started making healthy meals at the lowest cost possible. My goal is to put together a list of recipes and tips for fast, easy and healthy cooking that will fit even the tightest budget and busiest lifestyle.
