| Introduction | My name is Dominic, I started this blog to highlight my favorite foods as well as showcase some of the awesome recipes that I've had the pleasure of collecting, reconstructing and creating from scratch thus far on my food journey. I come from a family of foodies and as a child I was always encouraged to try something new and different from what I was used to. Being an airforce brat I was exposed to a wide range of cuisine from around world at a very young age and I often found myself wondering "gee how'd they do that?" Curiosity has always been one of my greatest traits, If I don't know how to do something I will go above and beyond to find out how it's done and then share what I've learned with those around me. I really love food and have a passion to learn everything I possibly can about it and share my new found knowledge with everyone. |
