| Introduction | Jocelyn Sowa joined the Lifetime Fitness team more than a year ago. Since joining Lifetime, she has served as Swimming Instructor and Assistant Swim Team Coach. Jocelyn began competitive swimming when she joined a summer swim team at five years old. A year later, she joined a winter swim league and competed year-round for many years. Jocelyn’s first love has always been summer swim team. |
