| Introduction | A quick note on how I got to where I am today... I started running in the middle of August of 2009. This decision was not made by me, but my friend Joe. I was at a point in my life that I needed something to help me refocus, pursue new dreams, and set new goals. Through the trials, tribulations, pain, tears, blood, sweat, and numerous hours logged on my feet I have been able to achieve new heights in my life and create some amazing memories. I have relearned what I have in my heart, how to push myself when my mind wants to quit, and overcome never seen before obstacles. Along the way I have also been able to raise money for charities, schools, and other organizations which help give extra meaning to the craziness of what life I now lead. No matter what path we take in life we will all come across challenges, you just have to maintain that relentless forward motion and you to will conquer what seemed to be insurmountable odds. On the trails across America is where I am heading; hope you will join me there! |
