| Introduction | I support mothers birthing in hospitals, birth centers, and homes in Boulder, Longmont, Louisville, and Lafayette, Colorado. I started studying to be a doula after the birth of my second child. The amazing experience of having a doula present at his birth spurred me to consider it as a career. I have since fallen deeply and passionately in love with supporting women as they birth their babies. I live in North Boulder with my two adorable yet crazed children, a supportive husband, and an under appreciated dog. I plan to be a certified doula through CBI in January, 2011. |
