Introduction	Greetings! I'm Scott, the Brewmaster at the St. Francis Brewery and Restaurant in St. Francis, WI. Like many Brewmasters, I began my career as a homebrewer. In my late 30s, I finally decided what I wanted to be when I grew up. I was going to turn my hobby into a career. A local brewer gave me my start as an apprentice brewer. From there I became a full-time assistant at a microbrewery in Cleveland, before landing my current gig as St. Francis Brewery's Brewmaster. I do use that title loosely, as I still have a lot to learn. But, learn I will--one pint at a time.
