| Introduction | I moved to Berlin a few years ago and since that time have been trying to figure out how to translate my passion for all things cake into fitting in with the city I now call home. My cake style is not typical for Berlin, and sometimes I struggle to find tools and ingredients, but maybe it is also a bonus that not everyone here is a hobby baker? I enjoy trying to make sweets of all kinds and love nothing more then being given a theme and a flavor and producing something (hopefully :) memorable. Every cake is unique and they are all a labor of love. |
