Introduction	My name is Chandrika. I have mostly learned cooking by watching lots of cooking shows and teaching myself. I have been thinking about starting this blog for a long time now. Though I cook and read a lot about cooking, I have never had the patience to document my work. Now, that I have started going to cooking class I thought it would be a good idea to share my love for food and cooking with other food enthusiasts out there. I love fresh, simple flavors and eye-catching presentation. I love chocolate and fruits, give me any fruit or chocolate desert and I am up for it.
