| Introduction | Mami and I have been married for a little over a year now, and we met as undergraduate music students at Utah State University. After both of us graduated, we moved to Bloomington, Indiana where I am currently working on my masters of library science with an emphasis in music librarianship. Bloomington has been nice, but there's no place like home! Mami is by far the beautiful and talented one out of the two of us. Although she currently works as a cake decorator, she is a music therapist by trade. She is a talented violinist and has a beautiful voice. Her wonderful family still lives in Japan. When I'm not at school, work, or making yogurt, I enjoy performing music with Mami, photography, and starting a business with some friends (more news to come). I lived in Bulgaria for two years as I was volunteering as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I grew up a lot during the time that I lived there, and I am ever grateful for the experiences that I had, the friends I made, and the things I learned. Ever notice the yogurt culture called L. bulgaricus? It's from Bulgaria! In an attempt to replicate Bulgarian yogurt, we make it at home! |
