Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?
Flexibility is more important to me than expansion. Being flexible means the willingness to listen to other points of view, opinions and cultures. This does not necessarily mean you have to "filter" every single thing you hear through your own personal convictions, it simply means being able to listen, period.
