| Introduction | Wife, Mother of 2, Daughter, Daughter-in-Law, Sister, Sister-in-Law, Aunt, Granddaughter, Niece, Cousin, and Friend for Life. A cog in this big wheel of mine that I love and learn from every day -- when I can hang on, of course! I started crafting with my Grandmother and my Great-Aunt Margaret in their awesome Washington, DC apartments (in the same building --Maw-Maw's directly below Margaret and Wilson's) when I was about 5 or 6. They taught Becki and I to love sequins, all things glue, learn to crochet and those crazy women even pierced our ears! Yowch! I think about Margaret every day -- especially since my son, Wilson is named after her dear husband and my crazy Great-Uncle Wilson. I share my crafting with my Grandmother every chance I get. Although I wish she remembered how to crochet so she could re-teach us! |
