| Introduction | I am a second grade public school teacher. I have taught 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th, and 7th grades, but 2nd is my very favorite!! I love creating and planning materials that encourage student engagement, participation and collaboration. I believe that all three are essential for students today. Sometimes it is tough being a teacher, and a girl’s gotta vent, so in addition to the great ideas, fun projects and lessons on my blog, you will find me poke fun at the politic and drama that goes along with education!
