| Introduction | Piccola was my Italian nickname from a Gentle Giant of an ex-boyfriend, and "¡Hola, Chinita!" was what I was greeted with by total strangers on my second trip to Peru, which made me feel like word had gone round that Chinita was in town. It gave me a lovely sense of homecoming. |
