Introduction	During my childhood, I loved to watch my mom cook delicious Vietnamese food and my dad (who is my cooking inspiration) cook all sorts of Italian and American favorites. Prior to my aspirations to be a Teacher I wanted to attend Culinary school however tuition to attend is too much for my wallet... so I just continued cooking on my own. Beginning with family recipes I started to cook dishes for my company to enjoy. Then began cooking more often when I moved in with the love my life, my husband, Ted. While not studying or in class I began to cook daily. I spent 7 years in the restaurant business and learned many of my skills from mentors during this time. Cooking thoroughly enjoys me... I can express myself through full tummies and satisfied cravings. It is my time away from my own realities and a sweet break from take-out. Italian and American cuisine is my cooking preference but I keep an open mind for other delectable cuisines. I created this blog not only to share my knowledge and d'lish recipes but also to learn from the blog's visitors.
