| Introduction | 46 year old, living in the Kuiper Belt of London. No debts, no mortgage, non home owning. Working full time for a FTSE 100 Company. Aiming for Financial Independence at 55, i.e. a home paid for cash, pension sorted, no reliance on the state or working for "the man". All by the power of rejecting consumerism, not buying stuff I don't need, saving/investing on overdrive and of course, leaving London (possibly even the UK, when the goalposts are moved, I move my own). |
