| Introduction | I have more than 16 years experience in the real estate industry as an owner both residential and commercial, investor and agent. After three years of experience working as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) Advanced and successfully achieving the Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS) designation as an Associate Broker, I transferred my Real Estate license to Prudential Southeast Coastal Properties, located here in Savannah. As of early 2013, I am also licensed in North Carolina, representing Prudential Great Smokys Realty in Sylva, North Carolina as a Broker Agent. The downfall in the real estate market convinced me that business as usually was no longer an option. For the past 3 years I have been active with homeowners and agents who needed help with their distressed properties. |
