| Introduction | I am one heck of a blessed and fortunate woman. I am surrounded by the people I love and who love me. I am a wife, a mother, daughter, grandaughter, sister, auntie, and friend. I love nature and spending time in it. I love living a healthy life and encouraging the same for my family. I enjoy swimming and cycling, healthy cooking and eating. I often am in the midst of working towards a goal....this goal may be physical, spiritual, emotional or all of the above. To sum it all up....I love my life and the ones who are living it with me. |
