| Introduction | In May of 2009, at age 43, I took up cycling to lose weight and become more healthy. "Clydesdales", in the cycling world, are larger riders, weighing somewhere above 200 lbs. That means I am one of the biggest Clydesdales on the road. In May of 2010, this Clydesdale started running. My goal is to "keep moving", eat well and lose weight.
