Introduction	Thirty years ago when my husband entered kindergarten, his new friends gave him the nickname "Pickles" because it rhymed with his last name. The nickname has stuck with him to this day. When we got married, his friends began to call me "Mrs. Pickles." I thought that was a perfect alias for my food blog. A self proclaimed good cook who knows her way around the kitchen, this blog is intended to give its readers ideas about how to make nutritious and delicious food all while being efficient and fun. I hope it helps you and your loved ones get out of any food rut you may be in. May this blog and your kitchen help to inspire you to try new things.
