| Introduction | I have been through many stressful situations in my life, and learned from them all, but nothing prepared me when faced with my partner's alcohol abuse. I had to learn a whole lot of new skills and adopt new attitudes - but I got help to do this and our lives have improved drastically - we now do things we enjoy and are both growing once more. I want to help anyone who is faced with the drinking abuse that I faced. |
