Unlike a dog, how can a turtle ever be naked?
Only if it goes shell-less. But a could a shell-less turtle ever survive, I think not. so a naked turtle could be a dead turtle. Which is why I implore you to donate to Habbitat for the torituses-- help keep turtles in their shells.
