Introduction	Have you ever just laid on the ground and watched the clouds go by? Have you ever just sat down in the silence and forget everything that's going on? Have you ever wanted to give up on everything and quit? It's hard to be positive...when everything seems negative. It's hard to look at the up side of things when everything and everyone is shoving you down. Do you ever think about how your words affect others? Do you ever think about where you're gonna be in 5 years? Do you wish that you could rewind to that one moment and tell yourself to do something different? I sure do...but what can you do? Don't dwell on the past. Look towards the future. If you tell yourself that you're gonna change, don't just say it...do something about it. Start today.
