| Introduction | Born in Miami, Florida soon after the invention of the wheel; lived abroad for 38 years in Israel, England, and Japan; returned full-time to U.S. in 2002. A paralyzing bout of sciatica in 1979 led me to train in a Japanese healing and health maintenance technique. My wife, Therese, became intrigued with the technique, and trained with me. We have been practicing the SIKE Technique professionally since 1991, an ideal second career. Therese is also skilled at the Alexander Technique and Physio-synthesis.
